Meaningful Masters is Bugged

I completed the Meaningful Masters challenge for Kirac, but all the other masters are bugged. Some maps work, some don't, and no combination of naturally occurring/scarab/map device master missions will consistently trigger a completion. I've been running nothing bug 80% quant maps trying to complete this and it just doesn't work most of the time.

I have same problem.

I just tried T16 map with 80+ IQ, chose Niko and it counted for me.

Having the same problem. I have 10/10 Kirac but I cannot get any of the others even with 80+ T16.

I just tested w & w/out Meticulous Appraiser and it appears that is what causes the completions not to be counted.

I have the same problem, 50% of the time it works and the other 50% of the time it doesn't. I'm almost complete with the achievement but this is horrible....

Also having this issue, I seemingly have no control over when this is counting for the challenge. I rolled 10 maps until they were 80+ quant burned through 10 Einhar Missions and only got credit for 4.
