Frenzy of Onslaught Possible Bug

With both ralakesh and badge of the brotherhood equipped I cannot spend the frenzy charges in order to gain the onslaught buff. If I take just the boots off I can successfully spend the frenzy charges. If I take just the amulet off I can spend the charges. I don't see why both of them combined would stop me from consuming the charges for Frenzy of Onslaught.

I met the same bug. This bug appeared just few days ago. It was functional in first week of league start. You lose charge whenever you get charge cause you always count as max charge. Basically you only gain 1 sec onslaught and I think it's quite reasonable.

Well yeah I understand why the 1 sec onslaught buff would happen due to the wording of the gem and ralakesh. I am fine with only getting a 1 second onslaught buff.

The issue is that with both ralakesh and badge of the brotherhood I am getting NO onslaught buff. And that does not seem to be intended based on the wording unless I am missing something.
