" i ll be one to admit, that i cant do that well. i m old, my eyes are not as good at picking up this subtle visual cue. it really doesnt help that the entire arena is black and red. during the earlier phase of the fight i need to also pay attention to the danger areas on the ground (i m melee). in the later phase of the fight i need to avoid the beams. it all adds up. if its just sirus alone without any other distraction i think more people would be fine with paying attention to where he faces before teleporting. even then his silhouette is not too prominent. which way is he facing really? sometimes i cant tell. visual clarity in POE can be very bad. the sirus fight has one of the worst. it does look epic tho. despite hating the die beams, hes my favourite pinnacle boss. i normally have his music as my HO theme. The visibility in this encounter sucks and it is very easy to miss the first tile in the memory game. That is the main problem, imo. At least for my boomer eyes. It is not the difficulty of the memory excercise itself. You just blink and you missed the first color indication somewhere on the edge of the screen. It is bad designed, the color needs to be way brighter.
Also you want the third voidstone kind of early. So it doesn't matter if someone on standard thinks the fight is easy, what counts is day 4-5 on a new league.(or day 9-10 depending on your schedule, lol^^) Last edited by Strickl3r#3809 on Dec 22, 2023, 3:14:47 AM

I agree. I hate everything about her. Especially when she heals other bosses. And her fight isn't fun. I hate memory games. Her fight is locked behind a farm wall. And it is required to get a void stone. Nothing about it seems fun. And I would rather not do her.

True, gating pinnacle bosses behind grind walls wasn't original topic here, but it is a problem too. Idea of grind walls is fine, but implementation (as usual) does not hold water and only promotes elitism further.
Efficient players can ignore the grind by buying invitations in bulk and spam bosses for their supposedly "rare" loot. While newer players cannot even train to do bosses, each fight represents investment and they have to consider exp loss at the moment, which is irritating. Also, boss loot becomes balanced around spamming it, so average players cannot even get a reward for their efforts. If you want to grindwall the boss, either make it impossible to bypass with trade, or do not put mandatory quest rewards on that boss. Last edited by Echothesis#7320 on Dec 22, 2023, 4:30:24 AM
