Latency spikes in EU

Meanwhile me trying to talk to support about the fact that plenty of people are getting ignored here:


Dear Support,

Is there a place where I can actually get help with this? Because as stated in my previous email, the official forum isn't a place like that, and as you've stated, contacting GGG support isn't the place either.
I'll just leave this here for fun in the meantime:

BUMP,
There is the same issue on Singapore Realm which has made it unplayable. There was however a workaround for this issue, by login spamming to get to a decent server which they seems to have noticed and "patched" rather than fixing the issue at hand. This only goes to show that it is not that they are not aware or trusting of the issue but rather have willingly chosen to ignore the issue. As they would rather maintain control of who gets assigned better server and making this in essence P2W.(unfounded but from friends who have spent a bit in the game have had better connection and never really faced any connection issue even through same ISP and all).
The only solution now, for me at least, is to uninstall, indefinitely. I hear diablo is an expensive copium. Thanks for all your "support" GGG.

Still no response from GGG, still zero improvement.

What do we have though?
Instance crashing maps where you relog and all your portals are gone, so is all your loot that you didn't pick up the moment they dropped.

Singapore Realm - unplayable
Japan Realm - unplayable
Canada- unplayable
Eu - unplayable
California - unplayable


Not a single server is playable

Need help Support team / GGG

Support team doesn't bat an eye, at least the team that you can reach by emails. Technical support doesn't really seem to care either, since it has been reported multiple times since the start of the league and there is literally still no official response....

Very sad indeed.
