(EDIT: WORKING) Not getting Frenzy Charges from Poachers Mark

Hello

Through 2 maps after adding PM I did not get one frenzy charge either in Mark on Hit or self casting it. I got the support gem at 20 quality which has the 5% chance on hit as well, but even on rare mobs which need more damage to kill or boss I get no Frenzy Charge self cast or with Mark on Hit. Not sure if is intended to be this difficult to gain Frenzy from PM but even the On Kill is not working self cast or not. Running Deadeye, Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation which suppose to hit multiple times.


EDIT:
Working now, Mark on Hit not that good at gaining Charges, and neither is the 5% from quality.
