Perfect Spirit of Fortune grants "Lightning Damage of nearby allies is Lucky"

After, hence bad synergy with damage conversion.

Conversion happens first. When you convert damage they each have their own base damage roll. For example, if you convert 50% of 100-200 lightning damage to cold, then you roll 25-50 lightning damage and roll 25-50 cold damage. This is why a single Call of the Brotherhood at 20% Turbulant Catalyst quality is sufficient to proc Trinity Support.

Doh, my math was quite bad, but you got the gist. 50% conversion would have you rolling 50-100 of each element, not 25-50.
