Price going down = supply going up compared to demand.

That also means as supply goes down, prices go up in time.

Assuming price doesn't keep going down from current point until reaching an equilibrium lower than current prices.

(Not trying to be a dick, this is stupidly outside my price range. It's just the comment you made about his info meaning supply was going down is exactly the opposite of what his information meant. It doesn't mean it won't change in the future, that's all speculation, but it's still the opposite of what HIS info meant).
