[BUG] Perfect Hulking Miscreations Summons in Sanctum

Hi there,

first Bug Report, i'll do my best to explain.

So I'm running a lot of Sanctums, today I tried some of the new Spectres for the Buffs that they can give me.

I noticed that, in the rooms that spawn constantly Guards and u have to kill them, if the Perfect Hulking Miscreation spawns his Summons and it there should have been a Guard spawned, it just doesn't spawn. The Summons from that Spectre also don't disappear, so I am basically never able to clear that room. I have to relog, to reset the room and hope he doesn't do it again.

I hope I could describe it as good as possible. The reason I came behind this, is that if u summon totems it's the same, but there u just have to resummon it.

Same happened to me few minutes ago, hope they fix it soon along with the 83 inscribed ultimatum 8 mod challenge completion not counting.
