Are Exile's Pilfering Ring Stats Item- or Account- Bound?

Basically, if I want to keep multiple counts, is there any merit to buying multiple rings, or is there no point because that's impossible?

im wondering about some of the same things.
If i put the mtx on another charachter if the stats reset? its fun to track and it would discourage me to roll diff chars. |

You can reset the ring through going into standard or ant other league equipping it there where it will ask you to confirm as it will reset your data then going back to affliction and doing it again.
