Ultimatum Rewards are underwhelming

Hey all.

Might be a good enhancements to ultimatum.
Currently you only get 1 reward each round.
A good solution might be to have for instance 3 rewards and you select one of the 3 and the negative effect below it. This would make it allot more easier to have control around what rewards you might want to risk for

Back in the day the ultimatum rewards that are rare items where corrupted. If it would be possible to remove the corrupted part from it. Cause 99% of the time those rares are just going to be vendored. Removing the corrupted might still have the same outcome but a bit more flexibility around the item. Can't do much with a corrupted

Let me know what you think.

Enjoy the league all

I got a divine orb in round 9 of my first time doing it in a red map and you seem to always get catalysts at some point. Also having a stack of multiple items is more than one reward in a round as I see it and it doesn't take long at all to complete a round. You receive better rewards the more risk you take in continuing. If you got great loot every time then it would cause imbalances in other parts of the game as well
I'm grinding Ultimatum now and the rewards are indeed bad. At least catalysts were valuable for a while.
I took a few runs on standard before quickly deciding to block it. Just not worth spending time on sadly. I don't understand how they add a highly requested mechanic to the game and completely destroying it(less mobs less loot, no loot from waves etc). I guess they scared themselves from how players embraced Sanctum(for loot) when it returned and overdid the reward nerfs.

Yeah, well that was always the only way they would ever bring back Ultimatum, is if they made it useless. Remember Harvest ?
