Unclear calculations with Mother's Embrace Unique

Hey posting this on 3.23, although this is something that's been happening since Mother's Embrace and Enkindling orbs have been around.

The calculation for charges used when minions are summoned while wearing a Mother's embrace doesn't make sense.

Let's assume the item has the max roll for reduced flasks charges, it states:

Minions have 40% reduced Flask charges used

This means from what I understand that when they take a sip, they use the amount of charges neeeded * 0.6.

Example:
Flask requires 20 charges.
You summon a minion it uses 12 charges for that flask.

This is working correctly and the calculation works the same as if the player was using them and also had reduced flask charges used.

The issue comes with the calculation with enchants on the flask.
Using the same example:
Let's say that this flask now has the enchant 35% reduced charges per use.

The expected calculation, from what I understand should be:
20 * (1 - (0.4 + 0.35)) = 5 charges used.

Since both mod state reduce charges used, their effect should be additive, like almost every other similar mechanic with similar words.

The actual calculation it does is:
(20 * (1 - 0.4)) * (1 - 0.35) = 7.8 flask charges used.

Although this could be an interpretation issue, it doesn't make sense that these additive stats have 2 calculations.

Not sure if the enchant itself should have other wording, but it I feel like it's misleading.
