PC FPS PROBLEMS

Hello, at the moment i started juicing maps i went to 12fps.

I can see that my cpu is practically at 100% of usage and i supose i need to change this part to get better performance, or am i wrong?

Currently im using a Intel i7-8700 3.20GHz
My GPU is a GeForce GTX 1070 G1 8GV GDDR5
And motherboard is a Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X

I already followed lots of yt videos about getting better perfomance, but still pretty much the same, i have no other problem with any other game that i play.

Any solutions? Or recomendations.

Than you for your time.

You shouldn't be having any issues with that setup. It's fairly close to mine with a 5600x + 2060 super and I get 144fps constant on most settings on low, dipping to around 100fps minimum during act 9 and 10. I had a considerable boost switching to Vulcan over DirectX.

I am not an expert but i imagine there is a pretty big difference from act 9-10 to juiced maps.
I for example have to avoid Delirium which is probably part of what is considered a juiced map. And i also cannot play blighted maps with my old CPU and GTX 1060, although the GPU probably doesn't matter that much, it's all about CPU and internet/servers i think... But i have absolutely no problems during the campaign or in normal maps^^
Might try fullscreen mode if not already. Windowed fullscreen can sometimes cause fps drops.

Juiced maps are obviously more rigorous but am I wrong in saying that there are a few instances where in act 9 or 10 the mob sizes are similar and top of stacked mechanics.

This statement is pretty useless, if you don't post your graphic settings. Resolution? Graphics on high? And so on.

I have a better CPU and GPU (4070), and I have a "steady(!)" 50-60 FPS when in semi-juiced maps. 25 in Blight maps. I'm running at 3440x1440 (ultra wide) with some settings on high, some on low.

Edit: Saw now that you posted some of your settings. Sorry.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

So its a cpu issue?

If so what cpu could replace mine, to get better performance.
Update, my fps went a little up once i turned back to dx11, but still pretty hard to play 30ish fps when lots of mobs
I downgraded my gpu and upgraded my cpu when going from a desktop to a laptop. Ever since I made the switch leaning more on the cpu I've had no fps issues. $1,400 for the laptop, i9-12900k and rtx 3060
