Iron mass tincture not applying to skeletons

Hello,
I tried testing iron mass + Shock tincture with curse on hit. It doesnt seems to apply anything at all, no shocks, no curses when skeletons hit. Is this intended or a bug? Last bumped on Dec 16, 2023, 6:46:48 PM

Tincture does not apply to skeletons, does not apply to weapons specifically. It applies to attacks with your weapon. Skeletons do not use your weapon, but an exact copy of your weapon.
