If given the option I don't see why any normal person would not have them turned off. Only roleplayers tend to like this stuff.

" PoE's bottleneck is CPU not GPU. You basically can play it on any video card, but you HAVE TO have $800 CPU to play it comfortably. Scaling video resolution doesn't help to fix FPS issues, buying new CPU (with new motherboard and RAM) do. |
