Vaal flesh merchant interaction with league mechanic

Hi there,

I recently turned on the atlas passive that enables vaal flesh merchants to spawn in Alva incursions, and I'm pretty sure they have a 100% to become empowered if you're running the league mechanic.

Not the worst glitch but wanted to report (and I don't think a ton of people run this notable)

The architect is unaffected - they're empowered probably between 25-50% of the time
