Lightning Trap Of Sparking No Longer Chains

As title, the gem no longer chains and the chains no longer show up in tool tip. Putting in any other projectile gem gives me global chains at least from dead eye ascendancy, and gloomfang.

Also bought another gem, no difference. Had another player equip the gem and no chains were showing on tool tip etc. Even left gem with no links, still same issue.

Posted in another thread- but can confirm, there's some weird interactions with trap of sparking atm (no chaining, no damage after chaining (using gloomfang))
