Laboratory Grand Heist DC/Crash Issue

I've been running grand heist this league a lot and so far had no disconnection or crash issues at all until today this one wing kept disconnecting for me. Normally I'm lazy and don't tend to report bugs I run into, but unfortunately the one time I ran into a crash issue I happened to lost 2 Divine Orb drops from my grand heist currency chest. Needless to say, I'm very heartbroken right now. Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots so I'll try to explain to the best of my ability.

Around 12 P.M PST on 12/14/2023, I began running a Laboratory Grand Heist. I started with the top left wing around 11 o clock on the mini-map and finished the run completely fine. Then I went into the top right wing near 1 o clock on the mini-map and crashed almost as soon as I entered the instance. I thought maybe it was my PC issue that just happens randomly, so I reconnected and tried again. My client crashed once again as soon as I entered that same top right wing. I thought this was weird and hoped the instance would solve its issue on its own after I finished a different wing so I entered the bottom left wing around 7 o clock on the mini-map and finished that one completely fine. Then, to check if the 1 o clock wing wouldn't crash, I re-entered the wing and had no issues clearing it. It was only when I looted all my currency chests, in which one of them for the first time ever dropped 2 divine orbs for me, and finished the final reward room did it happen to crash again. Because I looted the final reward room, I obviously couldn't re-enter the wing to pick up my loot and lost everything. To see if it was my PC issue, I tried finishing the last wing on the grand heist on the bottom right of the mini-map and cleared it completely fine.

The reason I suspect a bug or crash issue is that I have never crashed or disconnected while running Grand Heists this league. In fact, I have never crashed playing on this PC ever before.

To help pinpoint the possible issue, this particular wing that was problematic for me had one key difference than my other wings I normally farm on grand heist. This wing happened to have a ton of currency reward rooms, so I either completely revealed all of the reward rooms or very close to it. I don't remember exactly how many rooms I revealed, but I'm certain it was either all or everything but one for that wing.

I hope this helps, and I know this is difficult but it would be really great if I could be compensated somehow. The 2 divine orb drop was the best loot I've had playing this game (I'm still fairly new) and it really sucks that this happiness is taken away from me by an untimely issue.
