Frost Blades of Katabasis - Monsters killed by the chilling ground grant no XP

Monsters killed by the chilling zones created by Frost Blades of Katabasis dont count as your kills.

This means if you equip this skill on lvl 1 you will have to rerun a zone as early as ledge, because

* You get no XP from monsters dying to the chilling ground
* You get no flask charges from monsters dying to the chilling ground
* You get no positive "on death" or "on kill" effects

The skill is fundamentally broken right now.
