Rage Storm of Berserk + Exert Attacks

This skill consumes 1 exert attack when i use her but i have only question about this.

When you use this skill it lasts as long as you maintain your anger, the question is at the next point exert it consumes exert attack like any common skill but the effect of the exert will last until it finishes the instance that consumed the exert charge ?
for example:

intimidating cry grants me double damage in the next 2 attacks when I use Rage of Berserk it consumes the charge until it finishes being executed (consuming all my Rage) will the damage from the skill be counted as double damage?

Yes, it works like common Rage Vortex, it just sticks to you instead of moving forward.
