Tincture - #% increased damage for each Non-Instant Spell you've Cast in the past 8 seconds

It doesn't state its attack damage only. I know Tinctures only apply to weapons but some weapons have increased damage that affects spell damage.

It should be worded similar to Instruments of Virtue

#% increased attack damage for each Non-Instant Spell you've Cast in the past 8 seconds

or it should affect spells too.

All implicits have only the attack tag.

Some prefix and suffix have the attack tag as well and others are missing.
