Flameblast of Celerity + Spell Totem Targeting

The totem continues to cast at the location where it first targeted an enemy after it moves away until you summon another totem to replace it.

Looks like this only happens on monsters that were empowered by a league mechanic such as Affliction, Essence, Torment.
