Got a similar issue, but my package loss starts at a atlas.cogentco.com host. I wrote them if they problem is on their side, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Because if you are not then it's not the same problem. @OP what are you pinging/running the test to? it dose not look like the servers (unless you have cut off some of the test lines) Ancestral Bond.
