3.23 | Void Sphere of Rending Occultist (Leaguestarter)

Hey everyone, wanted to share my leaguestarter for 3.23 - Void Sphere of Rending Occultist. This uses the new version of Void Sphere, which has no cooldown and much higher damage, but smaller AoE and shorter duration. It pulses every 0.4 seconds damaging enemies with physical damage converted to chaos damage, and sucks enemies in while hindering them.
