Game often disconnects on rejoining same instance

Hello. I started to encounter that problem since the moment I moved to Israel which is around a year.

When you die in a map and try to use additional portal game connection might (chance is around 70%) be disrupted and ping skyrockets to around 20k ms until it disconnects me into login screen. Same thing might happen, for example in Uber lab, where you have to go to side room for golden key and upon return to golden door room you might get DC'd. It can happen instantly upon loading, in a minute, while loading, all is possible.
It doesn't matter which server I try to play on (Milan, Amsterdam, London etc.) the problem persists. I swapped my connection from wi-fi to ethernet, changed router (provided by my local ISP), nothing helps. Haven't reinstalled windows yet, might consider it as well.

My friend doesn't encounter said problem while using same ISP. We're living in different cities though.
I attach my MTR results as well as his for comparison. They look very similar to me, but I am not knowledgable enough to know these things.

I might even dc upon return to my hideout from trade. This problem never occurs when I join instance for the first time.
