Can't apply tincture on weapon

I am trying to a tincture on my two-handed axe, but right clicking the tincture does not work.
I have selected the relevant skill in the tree, appreciate your support - thanks a lot. Last bumped on Dec 13, 2023, 1:55:03 AM

Tinctures go in flask slots and are activated from there.
