Keep getting kicked when entering vaal ruin

I am just about to do the "Save and Sound" quest, but I can't even enter vaal's ruin, how am I suppose to proceed my jounery?
It always show "An unexpected disconnection occurred" in the buttom left whenever I entered the vaal ruin, I changed the gateway, still the same.
Can some one please guide me how to resolve this issue？much appreciated!

I solved it by reinitialize the game, I dunno why it has something relate to the language issue from the launcher
