[3.23] Reap/Exsanguinate WooM BM Champion help

Apologies if this is not the right place or if my explanation is bad. It's my first time posting about a build I've made and it's my first time making a thread so I'm not confident on how to display items/gems properly.

I've wanted to do a Reap build for a long time and have always liked the idea of using Blood Magic for this as well. After seeing the new Warlock of the Mists, I instantly wanted to try making the build however I'm not sure if there's something better I could use item wise or if there's a synergy I'm missing so I decided to post on here to ask for any help as it would be greatly appreciated.

Now I have a PoB below so if I don't explain something right it might be easier to see what I'm doing on there instead, I'm also aware that I maxed out all the gear, this is intended as I wanted to see how far I could take this.

Why Champion?

The Main reason for taking Champion is for Unstoppable Hero & Fortitude. This prevents me from getting stunned while casting and gives me some base Armour and Evasion Rating which is relevant later.
I also picked up Master of Metal because we will be inflicting Impales with out Spells (Check out Gear) and Inspirational to get more juice from our Auras and a free Banner.

Defences:
5.5k+ Life
85%+ Armour
Capped Res (incl Chaos)
Capped Spell Suppression
Petrified Blood
1k Life regen
Ignite, Bleed, Poison, Freeze & Shock Immunity

I'm only going to go over the main parts of the gear as the rares are all pretty similar just getting life, more Ev/Es, + Ev/Es and resistances.

Gear:
All of our Armour is Evasion/Energy Shield, this is so we can take advantage of Crimson Power for the Energy Shield converted to Life and so we can grab spell suppression on our gear for added defence.

For Weapon, we want a Wand with Crit Chance for Spells, Crit Multi, Spell Damage and Cast Speed in that order. For a BiS Wand, you also want + 1 to All Spells and + 1 to Phys Spells.

Our Shield is Rathpith Globe, this scales well with our 5.5k+ Life giving us 275% increased Spell Crit & 275% increased Spell Damage.

Our Gloves are Entropic Devastation for the Impale on Spell Crit.

One of our Rings is a warlords Vuln on hit ring as it doesn't state attack hits so works with Reap and Exsanguinate giving us more damage.

Gem Links:
Bossing:
Reap -> Increased Crit Strikes -> Increased Crit Damage -> Woke Empower -> Woke Brutality -> Woke Spell Cascade

Clear:
Exsanguinate of Transmission (or normal Exsanguinate) -> Woke Spell Echo -> Increased Crit Damage -> Woke Empower

Other Links:
Pride -> Eternal Blessing -> Dash

Vitality -> Precision -> War Banner

Petrified Blood -> Determination -> Tempest Shield -> Woke Enlighten

This leaves us with a 4-Link left which I was thinking a CWDT setup could be good but I'm not sure what to run or at what levels. I wanted to run Mark on Hit however that states Attack Hits.

With the Tree, Reap reaches just under 10 mil combined DPS with Impale & 100% Crit Chance, although I am well aware that all this gear / gems are going to be expensive I prefer having the build in it's 'complete' state so I know what I'm aiming for and and choose what to spend my currency on at the time.

I have some questions about the build that I was hoping people could be able to provide suggestions and/or provide alternatives to gear/gems etc.

1) I've seen lots of Reap builds run Woke Spell Cascade however is it really better than Woke Spell Echo? is there a reason I'm not seeing in vids or PoB as to why you run this?

2) Do you think this build is tanky enough for most content? I usually just map but was hoping this league I could try bosses and harder content and was going to use this.

3) Would you change any of my gem links and why?

4) what would you suggest I use for my last 4-Link

5) Is 9.5mil DPS on Reap good or is that too little?
