Latency/Ping constantly high in my region

This league for some reason I'm getting 150+ ping to servers that are near me. I'm connecting and getting better latency to EU that I am to US east coast servers and they aren't spikes its just constant high ping. Tried resetting router and checking my ethernet connections but remains the same. Anyone else having these problems?

Hello, I'm Also getting lag spikes to even 20k ping. That is not normal! I can't play this game anymore. I'm so sad. I wasn't playing poe for 1 year, and then I come back and seeing that 20k ping.
Please repair asap :/
