League transfer: missing master experience & crafting bench enchantments

As per title, after a league transfer (SSF -> normal) I am missing master progress and crafting bench enchantments. I didn't find any information about this, is it normal?

Use the League Migration button on the character selection screen ">>"

Ah.. wow. Thank you. It was not obvious at all to me; there's some kind of an in-between-transfer state?

I did the process twice with two different characters (the second time to transfer some items that were left behind)..
