Looks like Culling strike on my hyrris truth amulet dont work.
on these new glitter-covered mobs that take a long time to kill - it's clearly visible. Maybe I'm not looking at it right, but I played the previous league with the same build and I think culling working and here is not. Also, these mobs covered in glitter sometimes very long to kill, but no additional profit from this so its looks very unprofitable to entering dark forest - its make 3x time for map clear time and no profit at all.
