Spectre lost onslaught ability after dying to Infinite Hunger

The turtle lost the determination ability before I changed zones, but it was fixed with that

However, the forest spectre lost it's onslaught ability and it hasn't been corrected with zoning or dying again

For clarity, I am talking about my character dying not the spectre

I am also experiencing this, the spectre will apply onslaught when entering a fresh zone, but if you die, when re-entering the zone the spectre will not apply onslaught for the rest of the zone. This occurs in maps with full reproducibility.

Steps:
Get & summon perfect forest warrior spectre.
Note the onslaught buff when entering a map.
Intentionally die
Renter the area
Note the lack of onslaught buff.

I didn't remember even dying. Just killed a rare mob that drop alot of 6 sockets and had to go back to the hideout to sell. Came back and the onslaught buff was gone.

Hideout most of the time still has the buff, but sometimes the buff disappears in hideout as well.
