Update stuck on checking resources, standalone

Played yesterday fine, opened poe today and uptade is stuck on 0.00% 53mb patch download or cheking resources if i change language, redownloading PoE Installer didn't help.
Problem on my end or patching servers down, tips Appreciated?
Happened to me like 3 years ago last time and somehow fixed itself, trying steam download meanwhile.
