Uber Elder stone Acquired no quest completion

Hi
Bought a carry for 80c for uber elder stone, got the voidstone, but still have the quest to defeat elder in the shaper's realm. Is this normal, what do I do

Bugged for me too. I've never had an issue with this in previous leagues. Everyone else in the carry groups (i've tried twice) got quest completion and map favorite slot. And it wasn't an issue of me being late to enter the map. On the second carry I was the first person to load into the zone and there were definitely people who entered after me who still got completion.
