Tincture not working with weapon attacks

Im using a tincture that say "all damage can poison", combined with the golden rule unique jewel. All poisons should then be reflected, but is doesnt. I tried with boneshatter and then with basic attacks, nothing worked.

I have the same setup and I don't understand what "all damage can poison" is supposed to mean.

If I put the enchant for +% chance to poison, yes I do poison myself
If I remove it, nothing happens

Also, I see no difference in having a Poisonberry Tincture or not, so I
just switched to a Oakbranch, at least the Culling implicit works.

So if anyone can explain me what "all damage can poison" actually means if it is working as intended, or is it a bug?

The default behavior is that only Physical damage and Chaos damage can poison. If a hit deals only elemental damage, it cannot inflict poison.

"All damage can poison" means that Lightning damage, Cold damage, and Fire damage can now inflict poison. This gives you more ways to scale the damage of your poisons, such as using "Gain % phys damage as elemental" or still inflicting poison after converting physical damage to elemental damage.

If your damage is primarily physical or chaos, "All damage can poison" won't make much difference. And, as you've seen, "All damage can poison" doesn't grant chance to poison.

This thread is what I was looking for. I'm in the same situation, I have an elemental damage bow with multi-crafted chaos and attack speed, but I see that there are bows out there that have the possibility of poison and poison damage. My bow should have that if I want to do more poison damage? I'm also using the "all damage can poison" tincture.
