Flameblast of Celerity critical ctrike bug?

Use Flameblast of Celerity, when you start channeling, if the first explosion was a crit, then all the others will be a crit until you stop channeling. If the first explosion was not a crit, then all the others will not be crits either.

I think it doesn't work as intended.
