All Damage Can Poison Error?
 Got All Damage Can Poison tincture on as you can see in the image but it doesn't poison anything at all when I attack with Boneshatter skill, Boneshatter is not linked with Brutality btw. Already got the Coated Blade passive. The other effect of the Tincture such as Onslaught on killing blow is working normally though. Is this an error? "All Damage Can Poison" does not equal "100% chance to poison". This just means that any type of damage can poison, not just physical and chaos.

You still need to get the chance to poison.
