Plague Bearer not gaining stacks

Don't know exactly when this started. It has been working fine, but it recently just stopped working. I don't think I changed anything that would affect this. Running a CoC cyclone forbidden rite saboteur. I recently completed my 2nd lab and saw one post mention that, although all the posts seem to not address this issue. The threads just get closed.

Poison needs an actual chance to poison. Its not like an ele ailment that applies naturally on crit.

Fuck this game is stupid in its overly complicated nature. Wonder what I was doing to cause stacks to accumulate then. Something on my weapons and cyclone I'm guessing.
