Cast When Stunned Using Mana

I did not see this change in the patch notes but cast when stunned is now using mana when triggered. I used CWS last league with no mana use, not sure when this changed.

Triggered skills have cost mana since 3.15 (Expedition).

Most triggered skills have, but I played a full CWS build in 3.22 and there was 0 mana cast for skills triggered by CWS

" couldn't have been, I had as little ES as possible and was getting hit and triggering CWS so much that ES would have been depleted. Eldritch battery was only used so there was 0 ES protecting Health to avoid the 50% chance of not being stunned. |
