Terrible performance on 3.23

anyone having a similar problem? my pc freezes completely while I'm in poe loading screen, I'm constantly stuttering in game and the game sometimes freezes for like 10 seconds while mapping

never had any issue prior to this league

This league's performance is a dumpster fire.
Extremely long loading times, lag spikes and some fps drops randomly.
It's usually pretty smooth for me.

I have having horrible issues with POE since the launch. I have tried drivers, standalone client, steam client, lowest video settings, highest video settings, setting Windows 11 into ultimate performance mode, direct x 11, direct x 12, and a few more things.

The video will lag very badly, then the game will run at super speed for a few seconds, and stutter whenever there are a lot of mobs around. Early on I was crashing constantly, it's still happening but less.

I have gigabit internet, gforce 3080, 64gb ram.

I'm at a loss and would love to get this resolved.

I would have 3x the play time this league without this terrible performance issue. I am stalling even now... should I log in to only lose XP when the game inevitably crashes. One thing I have noticed is all the extra blood that drops to the ground in one big clump seems to be related.
