Righteous Fury of Arcane Devotion

I don't know if I'm dumb or if it just plain doesn't work, but using Righteous Fury of Arcane Devotion still eats away at my life rather than my mana, no matter what. I tried removing all of the linked gems, I tried looking on my tree to see if I had anything to screw it over, but it just... drains away my life and doesn't do anything about my mana.

The skill deals fire damage to your HP equal to 90% of your maximum mana. It doesn't have to do anything with your mana.
