Flameblast of Celerity and totems

Flameblast of celerity when used with totems doesn't move the flameblast if the target is still alive. e.g. when the boss moves out of the flameblast the totem will continue to channel the flameblast in the exact same area until it is interupted or chooses a new target, meaning that I have to resummon all of my totems whenever the target moves.

Also it seems that the critical strike chance is only rolled once per interuption, I had three totems casting for 5-6 seconds and never recieved elemental overload with 22% crit chance.
