Severe Lag issues in certain areas

Hi,

my ping is generally fine (<<100), but from Time to time, especially after entering new areas it lags extremely (ping >30k) - sometimes it catches up only to lead to the next lag spike..

it seems to be connected to the area - other areas are fine.. reopening the area (new instance) mostly fixes it but it is quite tedious, because in a case of a dc i am forced to enter the town when relogging. you cannot reset your hideout =/

is this known ? didnt find it in the known issues - do you work on that ?

Same here as well randomly though, Also longer town loading times

happens in the hideout too =/ - even server hopping didnt fix this ... =(

gets worse ~1/5 map atm...

i can imagine it being even more enjoyable if this hits in maps... to bad you cannot .. nice...

Same for me, never had these issues 2 leagues back.

I thought I was the only one with the issue - every 4th or 5th zone the game is unplayble but I can move my mouse or enter options but screen is frozen and animations repeat itself in the same spot - so its not a graphical issue

I also have this Problem. Once every few areas, no matter if it is a town or not, my latency skyrockets and makes the game basically unplayable. Opening a new instance of the area fixes it in most cases.

Me and a Friend have the same troubles.
Normal Ping: 21-25ms
Some Areas have: 10k+ ms
I got the issue in any 3th Town, AKT Area or Hideout i Enter.

Shortterm Fix:
Changeing the Area and making a new Instance of the Lagging Area.

seems to still be a problem :(

how do i make a new instance of my hideout ;( (not possible afaik)

Edit: ok i'm now basically locked out of playing... epilogue town = lag area, my Hideout = lag area - i cannot create a new instance of either. would be really nice of this problem would be worked on =/
