I have music and ambient sounds turned off... why do they even come through for me? Why is this on a gameplay-forward audio channel like Sound Effects or Dialogue? swap this to Ambient or Music at least. Or better yet, let me have a checkbox to mute all MTX of other players. Both would be ideal, this isn't the only obnoxious MTX.
