Cleave of rage won't give rage on multistrike hits.

Just tested this. When cleave of rage is linked to multistrike your 2nd and 3rd hit will NOT give you rage from the cleave gem. Regular rage gains get applied though. I don't know if this is a bug or not.

The wording suggests it should work with multistrike. But it likely works as intended currently.
