How southbound glove work with phantasms of Penance Mark?

1.phantasms can't be killed(no frozen no dot) and only expire after a few seconds.
It will make some skill gain at least 4 times dps all the time against uber boss(aoe overlap,splash,chain),once boss reach 0 life, then use a dot skill to kill boss instantly.


2.phantasms are killed once reach 0 life

Which one?

If the first one is right, so broken for so many skill but I like it.
If the second one is right, still pretty strong for skill in certain situation,and it's not broken.
