Game freezing durin gameplay!

Hi,

I just started to Path of Exile and I was playing normally at beginnig but after I reached to the coast and other maps my game starts freezing. Bt this freeze does not close game or freeze all pc only my carachter stands and not move but I can reach menu and other things. When I tried to go back to carachter choosing menu game doesn't done anything but when I click to log out suddenly I go log in screen after over 20 times of living this I couldn't take it anymore an I really need help about this.
