What does 'Damage of Equipped Wand' mean exactly?

Supported Skills have Added Spell Damage equal to 194% of Damage of Equipped Wand

There are multiple affixes on a wand, the usual physical ones for attacks and the spellcasting types. What does "Damage of Equipped Wand" exactly mean here? How do you calculate it?

Was going to post, but got caught in the patching downtime and forgot. It's the same as "Damage of Equipped Weapon" for battlemage.

It uses the numbers displayed at the top of the weapon. Local affixes like "%increased physical damage" and "added cold damage" which change the damage displayed at the top will count.

Anything else will not: added damage to spells won't get the extra scaling, added damage based on conditions (per stat, per charge, etc) won't be factored in, increased attack speed/crit chance/crit multi won't make a difference, etc.
