Make the loading screen times better before 3.23

Thousands of people had longer loading screen times for 3.22.
Fixed yet? Pls fix before 3.23. Should have been the main issue to fix for 3.23. Loading screen times For Acts, Towns, & Maps. Mine took extra 2 to 6 minutes last league. I quit. Now how are they? How is this not a main issue? If THOUSANDS of people have this issue for 3.22.
