What will happen to corrupted 21/23 alternate quality gems in standard? Will it be possible to use them in divine font?

Alternate quality gems will revert to their normal version (sorry Standard, some of those are going from dozens of divines to nigh worthless). I see no reason why GGG would allow corrupted gems to be used in the Divine Font.

Nope. Tainted Blessings won't be a thing in 3.23.
