Round 13 Ultimatum Builds in HC

I am looking for build that consistently does Grueling Gauntlet key stone Ultimatums in HC. Boneshatter JUGG seems only has 3 breaking modifiers:

- Reduced Recovery II: 60% Reduced Life, Mana, and Energy Shield Recovery Rate
- Buffs Expire Faster: Buffs expire three times faster on players
- Escalating Damage Taken: For the remainder of the encounter, damage taken will slowly increase by 1% per second, up to 50%
